- MaxiNOs® (500mg): A stimulant-free blend of Curcuma longa and Cissus quadrangularis from Laila Nutraceuticals. In a 42-day double-blind, placebo-controlled study of physically active, overweight adults aged 30 to 65, 375mg and 750mg a day improved flow-mediated dilation, a standard measure of how well arteries widen with blood flow, compared with placebo.
- BacoZest® (300mg): A de-bittered Bacopa monnieri extract. Bacopa's effects on memory build over weeks of daily use.
- Citrulline Malate (8g): Supports nitric oxide production.
- Beta-Alanine (3.2g) and Betaine (2g): Round out the performance side, with Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and Acetyl L-Carnitine.
- Zero stimulants: Built for anyone training in the evening, avoiding stimulants, or already getting caffeine from another source.
One scoop in water. Available in Peach.
Take 15 to 30 minutes before training. Caffeine-free, so it works any time of day, including evening sessions. Best on an empty stomach, or with a small snack if you notice stomach sensitivity.
- Acute Effect of Citrulline Malate on Repetition Performance During Strength Training: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism, 2021. Citrulline malate taken before training added about 3 repetitions to failure, a 6.4 percent increase over placebo, a small effect size of 0.196. Dose studied: 6 to 8 g citrulline malate taken 40 to 60 minutes before exercise, single acute dose. - Effect of Citrulline on Post-Exercise Rating of Perceived Exertion, Muscle Soreness, and Blood Lactate Levels: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Journal of Sport and Health Science, 2020. Pooled across 13 trials, citrulline lowered post-exercise rating of perceived exertion (effect size 0.81) and muscle soreness at 24 hours (effect size 0.99), with no effect at 72 hours and none on blood lactate. Dose studied: Most common dose 8 g citrulline malate within 2 hours before exercise. Citrulline malate ranged 6 g to 12 g, L-citrulline 3 g to 6 g. - Changes in Resistance Training Performance, Rating of Perceived Exertion, and Blood Biomarkers After Six Weeks of Supplementation with L-Citrulline vs. L-Citrulline DL-Malate in Resistance-Trained Men
Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2025. Six weeks of L-citrulline at 8 g or citrulline malate at 12 g raised total upper-body repetitions to failure against placebo and raised post-exercise nitric oxide metabolites, with no gain in maximal strength and no difference between the two forms. Dose studied: 8 g per day L-citrulline or 12 g per day L-citrulline DL-malate. Note: Citrulline malate was studied at 12g a day, above the 8g in one scoop. The benefit was specific to upper-body reps to failure. - Effects of 12-Week Bacopa monnieri Consumption on Attention, Cognitive Processing, Working Memory, and Functions of Both Cholinergic and Monoaminergic Systems in Healthy Elderly Volunteers
Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, 2012. Twelve weeks of Bacopa monnieri, most consistently at 300 mg per day, improved attention and working memory scores, shortened N100 and P300 latencies and lowered plasma acetylcholinesterase activity against placebo. Dose studied: 300 mg or 600 mg per day of a standardised Bacopa monnieri ethanol extract containing 5% total saponins. Note: Studied in healthy adults with an average age of 62, using a different standardized Bacopa extract.
