CurQLife is a daily supplement, not a replacement for any medication. Turmeric may affect blood clotting. If you take blood thinners, aspirin, or any prescription, check with your doctor before adding CurQLife to your routine.
Every extract in our four core formulas is patented, named and dosed, with the research behind it listed, so you know what you’re taking and what it’s for.
Most supplement labels read like a chemistry exam. We show you the science behind each formula, so you can understand what you’re taking and why.
OptiNOs and MaxiNOs each have a human trial. BacoZest is dosed to match published bacopa trials that used other extracts. CurQLife’s research is still in the lab, and we show you where each formula stands.

Yes. CurQLife is built for daily use. Take it morning and evening with a meal that has some fat in it.
CurQLife's research so far comes from lab and animal studies, so we don't have human data on timing yet. We'd rather tell you that than guess. Take it daily with food and keep it consistent.
Check with your doctor first, especially if you take blood thinners, aspirin, or any prescription. CurQLife is a daily supplement, not a replacement for any medication.
Talk to your doctor first. At high doses, turmeric compounds can have mild blood-thinning properties. If you're on warfarin, aspirin therapy, or other anticoagulants, your doctor needs to know before you add CurQLife.
CurQLife hasn't been tested alongside other supplements, so we can't say how they combine. If you take a blood thinner, check with your doctor first. Your health coach can help you plan your routine.
In a single-dose animal safety test, no lethal dose of CurQLife was found up to the highest dose tested. Human safety data isn't available yet, so check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition.
